At what point does she reach the summit of her mountain? Describe her descent. What does she discover at the foot of her mountain?

Hi, I got a treadmill and I have been using it every day for 45 mins. I use it on this “mountain climb” setting where it goes from highest incline to lowest incline. I have stopped drinking juice and soda since x-mas yet-I only drink water, I have gained about 2 pounds, what happened?
